You’re being manipulated. A well respected, highly influential news source has cast aside all journalistic integrity to shill for the liberal, GOP establishment candidate in this presidential race.

Gingrich is the personification of everything that’s wrong with politics. At time when a large portion of the Republican Party is adopting the limited-government beliefs of the Tea Party, Gingrich is trying to position himself as the conservative candidate in the race.

The 19th debate in this GOP primary season was held in Florida. This is the last one before Tuesday's primary. From this point on, the pace of primaries and caucuses increases, but the pace of debates slows almost to a halt.

Newt Gingrich has surged to the lead in the race for the Republican presidential nomination with the strong support of evangelical Christian voters. To some, given Gingrich's personal life, this support is puzzling. Whatever else people say about Mitt Romney, his personal life seems above reproach and a good role model for others.

One thing was missed in Newt Gingrich's victory in the South Carolina primary: Conservatives embraced a pro-amnesty candidate without batting an eyelash. This should come as a wake-up call to those who've been pushing a hard-line anti-illegal immigrant position in the Republican Party.

The sweat somehow made the moment more real. There we were, standing on the stage at the Hilton Hotel in Downtown Columbia, S.C., on Saturday night with my dad, Newt Gingrich, celebrating his primary victory. It was the sweat rolling down the faces and dripping off the noses of the television cameramen, photographers, audience members and even those on stage celebrating that transformed the almost surreal scene into reality.

You know politicians are serious when they move from campaigning to governing. Something like that may be happening on the Republican campaign trail -- but, unfortunately, not at the Obama White House.

The Republican candidates' circular firing squad now seems to be using machine guns.

The Republican re-embrace of former Speaker Newt Gingrich says a lot about whom he sees as his opponent -- and it isn't just President Barack Obama. It's the media.

WASHINGTON -- How long have I been saying it? At least for 15 years, but in private, I have been aware of it longer. Newt Gingrich is conservatism's Bill Clinton, but without the charm.

Never before have debates in the primary/caucus season ever meant so much to the final outcome of the vote than this year.

The news media seem obsessed with the serial affairs of a younger Newt Gingrich back in the last century.

To talk with Gingrich supporters is to enter a world where words have no meaning.

"Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned." No doubt this truism was at the top of Newt Gingrich's mind as he responded to John King's lead off question in the CNN Republican debate in South Carolina last week.

It should be clear by now that Newt Gingrich,
despite his denials, was lobbying for Freddie Mac, the home loan giant
at the core of the subprime mortgage scandal.

hree primaries, three winners, no major consensus on who’s the party should nominate to run against an incumbent president. A fractured party based upon social issues, marital infidelity, wealth redistribution, economic inequality, and a growing deficit saw a series of different victories in early primary states. Such was the dilemma facing the Democrat Party in 1992.

Ann Coulter is wrong about Newt Gingrich. She is wrong about Mitt Romney. She is wrong about President Obama. Since the election race began, Ann Coulter has been wrong about near everything having to do with the GOP race in 2012. Yet, she's still smarter than near everyone out there. I love Ann Coulter, even when she's wrong.

A longtime conservative friend sent me an email after reading something positive I had written about Newt Gingrich: "Whoever votes (for) or supports Newt for president is out of their mind."

When Newt Gingrich called CNN anchor John King's decision "despicable" to begin last Thursday's GOP debate with a question about Gingrich's second wife, the Charleston audience responded with a standing ovation. Surely, I thought to myself, South Carolina Republicans are not going to vote for a candidate just because he is good at dressing down the media.
