An advocacy group is halted in its quest to challenge Obamacare's constitutionality.
The constitutionality of Obamacare under review - again.
What individual mandate?
Rasmussen Report survey published Monday. More than 50 percent of Americans oppose Obama’s statute which mandates every individuals obtain health insurance coverage—an increase of six percentage points from April.
The IRS is reminding people that the individual mandate still exists and that it must be paid and submitted with tax returns in 2015.
Senator Max Baucus (D-Mont.) thinks the president should seriously consider delaying the individual mandate tax on Americans who don’t purchase health insurance by March 31 -- that is, if Healthcare.gov isn’t up and functioning properly sometime in the next 30 days.
The individual mandate was always more controversial than the employer mandate. That is why Obamacare specifically gave HHS the power to suspend it.
Obama will settle for nothing less than the full repeal of the debt limit. What should Republicans ask for in return?
Well even the Democrats are questioning Obamacare now.
“Equal justice under the law is a basic, founding principle of our country,” Griffin said, “so whenever Washington helps businesses and ignores families and workers, Americans have a duty to speak up.”
Here’s a poor, unsuccessful letter I sent to the editor of Politico:
