What does it take for you to understand that fed govt does not have the Constitution authority to provide healthcare or insurance to anyone.

And the same goes for the states.... they do not have the authority to proved health care or health insurance to their residents unless it's specified in their state Constitution.

You are aware, aren't you, that each state has its own Constitution???
