.....can to weaken environmental laws and health standards, standards that limit mercury and air toxins, green house gases, industrial emissions. The Right-Wingers want to return us to the days before EPA. These were the good old days when polluters poured sludge into our rivers, fill our city air with smog, and threatened wild life with harmful pesticides and toxins. Worse still, the Right-Wingers want to return environmental protection back to the states. The states are the worse regulators since their primary concern is attracting plants and jobs, not pollution control. Why don’t these Right-Wingers pick on the Department of Defense if they want to abolish a Federal Agency full of waste, fraud, and abuse? Just one family of fighter ...

But this is not good enough for the Far Right. They want to give a free pass to their major campaign contributors to pollute and pass on the cost to consumers and taxpayers. If we had universal health care, taxpayers would have real incentives to control polluting industries since they are major contributors to cancer, lung, and heart diseases. It is another reason Right-Wingers are such opponents of universal health care. The standard mantra from Right-Wingers is that market will protect our health and ..

One of President Obama's radical eco-bureaucrats has apologized for confirming an indelible truth: This White House treats politically incorrect private industries as public enemies who deserve regulatory death sentences.

Environmental Protection Agency administrator Al Armendariz, an avowed greenie on leave from Southern Methodist University, gave a little-noticed speech in 2010 outlining his sadistic philosophy. "I was in a meeting once, and I gave an analogy to my staff about my philosophy of enforcement, and I think it was probably a little crude and maybe not appropriate for the meeting, but I'll go ahead and tell you what I said,"...
