I do not think we should give up any conservative principles. But I think that we should give up career politicians and setting up a royalty class. inheritances should go to good charities not government. We should make sure as much as possible that young people start on an equal basis. Capitalism is good. So much better than socialism. Less government is better government.

Inheritances should go to whomever earned the money wants it to go to. Our death shouldn't become an excuse for the government to confiscate even more of our wealth.

I know that freedom is un-American, but the persons preparing for death should determine where their inheritances should go. In the republic we used to have, those persons' money was none of my business. In the democracy into which we have declined, those persons' money is subject to the tyranny of the majority.

When people reminisce about what America used to be like, some act scornfully toward us. They say living in a Donna Reed world was great for a few, but that there were many suffering souls. The way our country is today makes some of us long for those days which seemed so innocent compared to the harsh, cruel, coarse, and sometimes murderous days we exist in today.

Yet most would argue that there were still injustices when we were growing up fifty years ago. Black people who had been freed a century before were still not treated equally in most parts...
