Sooner or later we are going to realize that the biggest enemies of our country are CAREER politicians. Some of them get off to a good beginning but soon they are corrupted by lobbyists and Washington D.C. itself. Some are crooks from the beginning. The only thing that will save our country is TERM LIMITS.

Requiring honesty in courts would be a good starting point. When they (DOJ) made policy of "alternative defenses" by an attorney in court, it opened the floodgates to fraud, complicating simple cases and doubling or tripling the size of the courts nationwide.

Want smaller government...stop attorneys from lieing in court and judges allowing it, deciding cases by their will (politics), not law. Truth and one cogent defense is not too much to REQUIRE of an attorney is it...for a 50% reduction in court staffs?
Republicans find themselves in the unenviable position of being forced to agree to raise taxes on those earning more than $200,000 (the actual cut off for those Mr. Obama refers to as "millionaires and billionaires"), or risk being blamed for a tax increase on all taxpaying Americans. They will probably agree, which means it's a politically unavoidable policy, not a good policy.

Why does Obama insist upon raising taxes? Not because he believes it will improve the economy, and not because he believes it will increase receipts to the Treasury. The proposed taxes would bring in about $80 billion a...
