The editors and publishers involved here should feel ashamed and disgusted, but they're Liberals, so those concepts are innately foreign to them. This type of stunt reeks of the Sturmabteilung's propaganda tactics during Hitlers ascension.

Whoever permitted the publication should be fined and imprisoned for aiding and abetting any crimes resulting in such publication. The laws and punishments concerning aiding and abetting vary from state-to-state, so let's see if Obama comes out and issues an executive order strengthening the law making it a federal crime for the good of nation on this issue, but don't hold your breath on it.
