Repulsicans just don't get it. We can be right on 99% of issues 99% of the time.....but 90% of all forms of communication that are recieved by the public are fully controlled by the "fellow travellers." Until our side takes over one of the alphabet networks and their news departments, we'll get no traction.

But, to be historically precise, the GOP was not put here to cut taxes. From infancy in the 1850s, its mission was to halt the spread of slavery. From 1865 to 1929, it was the party of high tariffs. Mission: Build the nation...
Socialism -- at a slightly lower price
Big government -- as long as it is under GOP control
National bankruptcy -- slightly later than under the Democrats
Bigger debts -- for military adventurism instead of social programs
Less freedom in the name of "homeland security"
If the GOP communicated what they really stand for, they would be finished.
