Feinstein has a U.S. mint in her district that could be closed without any problems and then converted to a holding pen for these terrorists and that way she will have a close view of their care and conduct. I mean its right in the middle of the city! Can't think of a better place then San Francisco. I sure don't plan on ever going there again considering the culture of the population living there.
