Well Goons as it turns out, these companies didn't sell very much if anything to NY. So, they figured, Why not? Let's "take a stand' and get some incremental sales from people who think we're doing something 'righteous.' It doesn't hurt them because it's all a 'strawman' game -- like saying "I'm giving up eating grasshoppers for Lent" --- what you're giving up is not a loss to you and has no significance whatsoever.
