Any thought that even suggests that forcing another human being to submit to a violent act is enough. His apology for the awkward phrasing doesn't change the fact that the Moron believed that you can quantify a violent act as legit, probably meaning if the woman was physically forced to have sex by her husband, then that doesn't count as "Rape" There is no acceptable apology for that kind of thinking. The "disgrace" was not that this "poor man" was completely discredited but that he wasn't hung by his balls
