hey bloomberger............... cops arent protecting americans today even without strict gun control. why not? a call to 911 usually initiates a visit from a leo..............that can take minutes to arrive at the scene. so when a crime is committed.............leo is there AFTER THE FACT many times. no complaint about performance of the cops.............they re doing a great job. but there is elapsed time during which any one of us can be subject to heinous stuff. while i m waiting on leo to arrive, i would like to have a fighting chance. so bloomberger............your idea wont fly.
