No, actually, the Supreme Court helps us decide. Even the Catholic Church abandons your "personhood" argument for the unborn when it suits them. Just look at the suit against St. Thomas More hospital right now. They're main defense is that a fetus is not a "person." Don't try to lecture us on the left about what we get to "determine." Particularly when you are simply trying to determine the same thing, with just the opposite conclusion. The right expects us to accept their morality, and then condemns the world for imposing their morality on the world when it deviates from their own. Hilarious.

Actually, the catholic church did no such thing.
The lawyer for the hospital argued that.
How about some honesty.

Not just with the "opposite" conclusion.

With the correct conclusion.

We're used to MSNBC's Toure saying outlandish things, but his latest commentary in celebration of the 40th anniversary of Roe v. Wade is by far the worst. During a segment last week, Toure went on what he called an abortion rant in which he thanked God and country abortion was there to "save him" at a time when taking care of a baby and becoming a father would have been inconvenient for him. He also refers to abortion as a "safety net."
