What's "the N.... vote"? Surely it's not the N-word I'm thinking of... But more to the point, do you really think the average rank-and-file Democrat wants to keep the African-American community in a state of dependence as long as possible? That's obviously ludicrous. Even accepting that some elites in the ruling class of Democrats desires to keep black people in poverty, that just doesn't help the average progressive voter. It may help to keep the elites in power, but keeping the black community in poverty does little for the rest of us. So imputing that desire to the average Democrat makes zero sense-- it's just another conspiracy theory.
