The First Amendment guarantees a right to "free" speech. But that doesn't mean it necessarily grants that right without some limitations (in fact, we all pretty much agree that it does contain some implicit restrictions--I.e. inciting violence). Why should we interpret the language in the second amendment as any more absolute?
