Meanwhile Boehner had the opportunity to defund Obamacare, and what did he do? Yeah, we're winning.

Defunding Obamascare will not happen. We don't have the votes in the Senate. The only effect will be that House Republicans will be vilified by the media for trying to take away granny's pacemaker and we'll lose the House in 2014 as a result. We're f****d no matter how you look at it.

No, it is taking a little time but Obamacare will be abandoned. It is a program the country cannot pay for and it is filled with pork and waste in itself. To put it in simpletons terms. It cannot work, is a loser and is on borrowed time. There are slots available in the senate soon and hopefully republicans will fill them. Obama is incompetant and his way is the way to ruin. people are finally beginning to see that.

Your second sentence could be applied to all of Oscuma's programs.

We don't NEED votes in the Senate to defund anything. All the House has to do is to refuse to pass the bill that contains funds for it.

We always knew that Obama has a glass jaw, that he can’t take a punch. But it’s a little surprising that he’s started staggering around the ring so soon after November, his approval numbers bleeding away, desperately counting the seconds until the bell rings at election time in 2014 to save him from further pummeling.

It’s also hilarious.

On paper he’s a bruiser. This is a guy who won a knockout reelection bout even though the economy was in the toilet. He hit the GOP with an uppercut over the Fiscal Cliff. He’s got an awestruck media in his corner...
