And to add to make matter worse, el supremo had his Air Force ! fly to the airport there right in the middle of firefighting operations and all firefighting flights were stopped because of security of el supremo and his pack. The shelters you were refering too were being auctioned off just prior to and during the emergency in the notheastern states. Not cancelled but many were still auctioned off.
