Psalm 666: The State Is My Shepherd, I Shall Not Want

Our society is becoming very ill. It used to be that the community and church would help those in need of food, shelter, etc. They weren't just handing out "things." They were getting much more than that. They were getting emotional support. The people helping were very concerned about the soul of those that they were helping. A state social worker stopping by the house because of a report of abuse, isn't providing the same quality of help that the nuns were providing in the past. The government is a cold and empty god.

The society is ill because the Church is ill..it's not the life of the community anymore, many of them have joined the secular humanist world in accepting things that GOD calls abominations..it's lost it's first love.

A Psalm of Obama

(To be sung by children, K-12, every morning of their seven-day school week.)*

The State is my shepherd,

I shall not want.

It makes me lie down in federally owned pastures.

It leads me beside quiet waters in banned fishing areas.

It restores my soul through its control.

It guides me in the path of dependency for its namesake.

Even though our nation plunges into the valley of the shadow of debt,

I will fear no evil,

For Barack...
