The middle-ages mindset of the prectitioners of Islam is what will ultimately do them in. Ideally, the West should simply remove itself from the Middle East - keep (and protect) Israel as a listening post - and let the immature little children go at each other. Heaven knows they have enough doctrinal feuds - let them slaughter each other.

The Israelis can protect themselves. One of the reasons the Arabs hate us so much is because we are always carrying Israel's water for them. It is time to get entirely out of the region & let the chips fall where they may. I have a feeling that if we did that, either the Arabs would learn to live with Israel, or Israel would own the entire Middle East.
