Almost every conservative that liberals claim is a racist would gladly vote for Condi Rice, Herman Caine, Alan West, or Thomas Sowell. And the liberals who spread the hateful racist allegations know it. Every woman or minority who spoke at the republican convention was greeted with cheers and applause. Yet the racism lie still sticks with those who want to believe the worst about republicans and conservatives,.

Caine was my first choice durring the primaries. If I lived in FL Col. West would have my vote.

The headline of a recent article by the Washington Post’s Peter Wallsten capsulizes, inadvertently, the supreme paradox of the Obama presidency.

“Obama struggles to balance African America’s hopes with country’s as a whole,” it says.

The story documents Obama’s struggles over the last four years, which continue today, to avoid overplaying his hand as the first black president, yet to also not ignore this fact.
