If the drive to create an authoritarian, collectivist and racist (perhaps tribalist is a better word) state run by an unaccountable elite is not evil, what is?

A D.C. cure: Take the Hard Votes

The trouble with judging members of Congress on their votes is that votes can be rigged. Remember back a few years when the balanced budget amendment failed by 1 vote. Six Dem senators voted for it who were up for election that cycle. The next year the amendment failed again by a vote. Those six Dem senators just reelected voted no this time and others voted yes. The vote that actually revealed something was Obamacare; they needed every senator, even the red state ones. And they got them because that's who those senators really were.
If Hillary ever comes campaigning to Spokane (and she won't), I'll great her with a sign, "First the sex predator, now his enabler". I'll just have to substitute 100 postings of the phrase on MSNBC or Politico.
