Benga, I find it admirable that you were able to espouse this viewpoint in such a detached way. In fact, you are entirely correct; this is how people truly feel about the Republicans. Sadly, "our side" (my side) never takes the time to truly understand what the "other side" is really thinking. If they did, they could begin to effectively change the hearts and minds of those who despise them. Our side needs to convince others that our principles are better for the long term prosperity of the nation. Playing the "Obama phone" video 50 times in a row does nothing but drive people away. Thank you for your candor.
