Barack Obama to Top Brass: Will you fire on American Citizens? The Obama administration is openly escalating its campaign against private gun ownership, and shaking up the top ranks of the military command structure -- but is it also preparing to make war on the American population? World-renowned educator and human rights activist Jim Garrow says that the source, a man regarded as "one of America's foremost military heroes," told him that President Obama is using a new litmus test for "determining who will stay and who must go" among top-ranked military leaders.

In the past 4 Years - The DHS has stockpiled over a billion rounds of military-grade ammunition, leaving many people to wonder why the feds are in possession of so much deadly firepower.

As part of its ominous sounding Homeland Battlefield Bill, Congress authorized the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to purchase 200M rounds of ammunition in 2009, including double-ought shotgun shells, followed by another order of 450M hollow-point bullets in March 2012.

This second transaction was made with ATK Armament Systems, the world’s largest ammunition manufacturer. Not satisfied, DHS officials issued a solicitation request for 750M more rounds of ammo.

Actually, you need to be updated.
They have purchased at least 1.8 billion rounds. Most of it is .40 S&W hollow points for their pistols and submachine guns and .223/5.56 (for those "nasty" AR-15s and their full auto versions), with a fair amount of .308 for their sniper's rifles and a smattering of other calibers for the few agencies that have not standardized on the previously listed calibers.
It is NOT military ammo, but hollow points, which are illegal for use in international war per treaty.
They are clearly preparing for war against US.

Same reason as DHS, BATFE, and their other jackbooted thugs ... To use on US.

or the Social Security Department?

You have to give progressives credit. They’re nothing if not thorough. When an opportunity to limit the Second Amendment presented itself in the Sandy Hook massacre, regardless how tasteless it was to exploit that opportunity, they went full bore toward their goal.

Sen. Diane Feinstein, D-Calif., introduced sweeping so-called “assault weapons” ban legislation this week that would place unprecedented restrictions on individuals’ rights to own, use, sell and even pass along already owned firearms to family members. But given where things stand now in the polls and political atmosphere, that legislation will go nowhere.

But the Constitution and the...
