"The Republicans will be blamed no matter what..." and "They won." The GOP won't be blamed if the economy improves. And the economy will improve if the GOP, which WON the House, refuses to authorize spending for Obama policies that are wrecking the economy. Intead of laughing at Obama's budget proposal House Republicans should pass a responsible budget that drastically cuts spending to 2008 levels (they have done this before), only this time there should be no bargaining with Reid and Obama on it. We don't have to go over the fiscal cliff. And we don't have to let Obama wreck the coal and oil industries. House Republicans could, if they had the stones, dictate actual policy through their control of the purse.
