As always you have it backward. the GOP doesn't reject anyone because of the race or ethnicity. It is blacks and Latinos that reject the GOP. And yes, it has almost entirely to do with policy; the GOP thinks immigrants should be coming here to work for a better life, not to receive handouts. Notice how your Democrat message on immigrants has changed. It used to be "They do jobs Americans won't do." Now, by your own words, it's about how the GOP can't win these voters as a constituency because the GOP expects them to work for what they get.
