The Federal government decides immigration benefits, not the states. So while the states can define marriage up the wazoo without Federal government interference, it is up to the Federal law who receives the benefits of immigration. If federal law says that they will not consider same-sex marriages for benefits, that is the Federal governments choice. Yes, I realize that our current DOJ and Administration refuse to actually follow the laws, which can only mean that we don't have to respect the laws either.
The unemployment rate itself went up in April. That isn't surprising, since the US population is going up not down. The population and workforce are both expanding. Another words, your statement is to simplistic to actually reflect the reality of a more complex situation.
CAT has factories in China because they sell their product in China. CAT has every intention and desire to stay a US company, although they have nothing against branching out to other countries where they believe they can compete to sell their products.

The American Jews do not exactly act on Israels behalf in the first place. Most of them are anti-war and believe Israel should cave in to the Palestinians. There are also so called non-partisan 501's that contribute heavily to politicians such as the JAC in the us. They are more concerned with themselves and their "issues" then Israel. In fact they prefer that Israel not be Jewish per se.
Send it to Congress and demand investigations at all level of government. The choice is theirs to investigate or not, but if they do not the make the government they are a part of illegitimate. As long as we can not trust a clean vote, the government is not legitimate.
