He always came off as a snake-oil salesman who was more interested in self-promotion than in leading the nation out from the pit into which Obama has led us. Cain's candidacy began solely as a stunt to promote his book--nothing more--then lighting struck and people began to follow him so he decided to "run with it." That is why he lacked any real program proposals in the beginning and why he was so unprepared to talk about anything other than "9-9-9." Not surprised he's pull this. Glad he sewed the seeds of HIS OWN demise as a serial philanderer. He's just a black Bill Clinton waiting to happen.

This is a rather bold assertion from a man who has never held elected office:

Herman Cain says if there had been a level playing field during the Republican primaries, he’d be receiving the GOP nomination in Tampa.

“If everyone had competed fairly and honestly, I’d probably be the nominee being nominated this week,” the former GOP presidential candidate said on CBS Sunday. “The process is fair but many people that are involved in the process are not fair and they are not honest.”
