It is from obama liberals, it is not really about education but it is coordinating indoctrination through the education establishment. No matter what is in the common core standards now, there will be future changes invoking socialism as the answer to all political and economic problems at the expense of real academics and of the taxpayer. You will be paying to have your children corrupted.

It was representatives of the National Governor's Association and money from institutions like the Gates Foundation that did this. Not Obama liberals. It is a hard case to make that the new standards are not a step up to nearly all state standards. If your from MA, you might have a beef. But AK? Not even close.
