How "Christian" is it to support tax cuts for the rich and deny healtchare to the poor? How Christian is it to condemn gays as second class citizens and limit their civil rights as American citizens? How Christian is it to try to starve illegal immigrants so badly that they "self deport" because no one in this country will do anything for them except throw them in jail for walk ing downt he street? How Christian is it to be 100% in favor of concealed carry, gun ownership, and gun rights when teenagers routinely walk into high schools and colleges and assisinate each other? Really, truly, nothing about the conservative platform is Christ-like. NOTHING.

You are absolutely right. These women are not cheering abortion, they are cheering their difficult decision. Its what American is all about - making a tough choise and living with it confidently and learning from it if necessary. Any men who would argue with that are selfish pigs - and they have no idea what a woman who is faced with the decision thinks about. I'm a man and I would never assume that i'm in a position to judge.

If its OK to be religiously offensive, then the principal should mak eht kids pray to Allah. Then maybe some people would know just how hurtful the offense can be. And how we need to shield chidlren from that kind of offense - and teach young ones how to be supremely tolerant of each other not to HATE each other becuase of religion. That message obviosuly would be a new one for some people.

The constitution specifically and expressly prohibits governemtn-funded instiuttions from supporting any religion, or, mroe specific to your posts, from endorsing Christianity as some de-factos tstate religion.
