There is nothing surprizing to me about the waterboarding issue heading to court. What did they expect? In fact...I believe it was a deliberate set-up. How else can you explain such seeming stupidity? Do we have those in charge of national security so stupid as to not even know very basic rules of human sociology? Such a thought is absurd. They deal with everything within context daily and with long range objectives in mind. Sociology is not a new science.
