The educational "PLAN" as it now stands needs to be torn up and restarted from standards gone by the wayside. How many Billions have been wasted trying to educate the people who have no apitutde for learning , fruitless efforts because some social worker wih a bleeding heart says they're people who deserve a chance too. That's not true some folks just aren't bright enough to absorb and learn, no ones fault but why bother with them, use their allocated money for other areas they can make good at, I'm far from thrownig these poor souls away.
