The ineluctable truth is that most of the issues in our lives were never legislated, they were imposed by Judicial fiat. The courts have far too much power, hair splitting is a national sport by the unelected Federal Judges, usually appointed by a President that knows that they will adhere to his particular ideological, political philosopy. About 40 years ago I was doing some work for a Jewish friend of mine. She lived in a large house in a neighbourhood that was "changing" and she was concerned about it.
