Free Enterprise. Canada long ago stopped Saturday delivery, got rid of expensive stand alone buildings, and farmed out small post offices to drug stores, card shops and supermarkets. As a result post offices are now everywhere, quick and accessible, and cost the public little. USPS needs to copy this asap, come into the real world, and save the taxpayers loads of money.

It's happening, the Postal Service will end Saturday mail delivery as early as August 2013. Packages however will continue to be delivered on the weekend. More from Fox News:
