Omens: Newt Now Talking About His Campaign in the Past Tense

I just saw Rick Warren from the Saddleback Church on cable news. He's concerned about Mitt Romney's (and the LDS Church's) belief that God, Jesus, and the Holy Ghost are literally 3 persons. The Christian belief is 3-in-1 (the Trinity), but the Mormon belief is 3-in-3. There's more than one god. In honor of Mitt and his nomination I think we should all show our support by referring to the 3 Gods as Gods (plural). We believe in 3 Gods.

Yeah. Rick "all roads lead to Heaven" Warren. Warren has no credibility to discuss Scripture 'til he straightens his own unbiblical teachings.
Dreadnaught011 Wrote: Apr 09, 2012 8:54 PM

There was no Christian belief at all. There is only the TRUTH, as Christ came to reveal. One only living God, in three Persons. The Truth versus a false god cooked up by Joseph Smith, FALSE PROPHET.

Whoever votes for Romney is content to ignore the Truth. I think THAT'S what Warren is unhappy about.

Guess what? During the whole election day come November; hundreds of thousands of American voters will find it absurd too, to support Romney. Which will mean four more years of Obama. The Mormon stigma of one candidate will be an insurmountable threshhold for the United States.

It is better to be a Mormon than a moron.

I really don't care what Rick Warren thinks, as long as our next president isn't Obama! Romney 2012!

Wilma - why does a deviant like yourself care about the trinity?
HCMC Wrote: Apr 09, 2012 7:57 PM

PF#45, because Wilma is a liberal troll loser.

I think he has probably taken one too many in the seat. He is a strange individual.
HCMC Wrote: Apr 09, 2012 8:03 PM
lol - I think you hit the name squarely on the thumb, PF#45.

Bork'er and flag'er. It's just a distraction to hijack the thread.

I really don't care what Rick Warren thinks. As long as the next president isn't a muslim, I'm all for Mitt Romney.
Dreadnaught011 Wrote: Apr 09, 2012 9:07 PM

OK, anonymouse. I care little what the Thumper thinks too.

I only care about what the VOTERS of our southern states think about electing a Mormon. What would THAT be? They think he's a satanic cult member. They'd much rather not vote against their consciences. That translates to victory for Barack Obama.

Dbeaux30 Wrote: Apr 09, 2012 9:51 PM
The southern states will go republican in the general election even without the moronic bigots that won't vote Romney because he believes that God had a Son named Jesus and that they are two different people with the same purpose. Progressives and evangelicals share the same lack of reasoning power. Not playing with a full deck.
Dreadnaught011 Wrote: Apr 10, 2012 5:42 PM

But we all know the truth about Mitt's faith. It's not a Christian faith. It's based on false doctrine and fictitious scriptures.

Why call denouncing false doctrines bigotry?

I'm not so concerned. But voters who count, southern voters; won't touch Mitt with a pitchfork. That ought to worry you, Dbeaux.

When the Obama media starts polling southern voters about it; --and they will,

You'll see that Romney is doomed there. And with him all our hopes of ousting Obama. Just as HE planned!

HCMC Wrote: Apr 09, 2012 7:53 PM

I believe in voting for the best qualified candidate to fix the Democrat's FAILED policies, and that person is Romney, so shove your liberal lame crap where the sun doesn't shine.

HCMC Wrote: Apr 09, 2012 7:54 PM

Obummer - ZERO executive experience going into it, and having never even ran a hotdog stand.

No great wonder seeing the MASSIVE debt, deficits, underemployment, loss of homes, failed stimulus', and failed Solyndras.

The survival of this country as a constitutional republic is at stake, and you're worried about some fine points of church dogma.
Dreadnaught011 Wrote: Apr 09, 2012 9:01 PM

SURE, Simpleton,

And thanks to you and the clowns of our GOP, we'll retain Obummer and four years of the same. There will YOU and those mutts be; lamenting how Mitt Romney got a large pan of feces to eat in the election. Obama will give that to your fine billionaire.

Is Newt Gringrich waving the white flag?  A few recent developments indicate that he may be positioning himself to officially or unofficially concede the GOP nominating contest to Mitt Romney: (1) Yesterday, the frontrunner casually mentioned that he's been in fairly close contact with Gingrich over the last few weeks.  He described their interactions as "pretty open eyed" in terms of the delegate landscape. (2) The former Speaker has offered up an unprompted assurance that he'll support Romney if and when he becomes the nominee. (3) Newt is starting to talk about his own presidential run as if...
