Romney's unfavorability numbers have gone up drastically in the past 4 weeks. He's at 50%. The polls at Real Clear Politics show him losing Ohio, Pennsylvania and Florida and winning Colorado. So far, there's no path for Mitt to get the electoral college votes he needs.

As for Gitmo, what do you care? Conservatives long ago sold their souls to DickCheney with the torture program. Since the Bush Admin violated international law and committed war crimes, they made those prisoners basically free from prosecution. No testimony under torture would be admitted.
So you have Bush and Cheney to thank for Gitmo still being open, because of the legal wrangling they did to make it impossible to try these prisoners in a court of law, let alone a tribunal.
