Hello Libs: Sadly, even prior to Ocare, there were/are about 90 State and Federal agencies looking over every doctor's shoulder 24/7/365. IMO 85% of the market should be private with almost no intervention by government. We can talk about how to care of the indigent 12-15%. Ocare doesn't spread the wealth; Ocare spreads the misery.
