Our elected representatives that try to make any rules or laws or even speak against our constitution should be tried for treason. Why are we not using this tool. We better!! I challenge our attorneys and judges to get busy!! Do something. Stop just talking about it like there is no solution.

They swear an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States, not the parts of the US Consitution that they happen to agree with. It also means we don't look at other nations Constitutions, Judge Ruthy Bader Ginsburg, to decide what laws in our own country can be deemed to be within the Constitution or outside of it.
