We have to worry that what Congress doesn't do, Barack Obama will do via Executive Orders. even if the Senate voted 2-1 against the bill, Obama wouldn't necessarily be dissuaded to do whatever he wants to do. However, maybe the recent ruling against him by a Federal Appeals Court regarding a previous exec order might deter him. One never knows though when a dictator wannabe is involved.
