Since Obama is solely about politics and elections, the video story mattered only BEFORE the election so as to deflect culpability for four deaths away from the Obama administration. Now that the election is over, Hillary can now ask in a rhetorical way "What difference does it make?" These are sleazy people who know how to deceive because it is a way of life for them.
