What "health department" issued the grant? New York State or the Federal goobermint? So, private persons listening to their own music is now an "environmental disease"? Wow, whodathunk!

westriversd-If they can't find a way to make it a "disease" then it would be a person's own choice and would come under the area of "personal responsiblity" and libs don't believe that anyone but them is smart enough to be responsible for themselves....therefore it MUST be a disease.

Over the weekend on Face the Nation, New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg finally admitted his big gulp ban isn't really a ban, but about portion "control."
