By this time, it shouldn't take much to tell the Constitution gets in the way of the One's agenda. Otherwise why does he continually try to go around it? This administration has managed to usurp its authority on many occasions. His czars and certain executive orders has amassed unconstituional executive power beyond Congressional oversight to unprecedented levels. Another term is no reason for concern?. Another term with more judicial appointments will effectively trash what's left of the Constitution's authority. Chapman is a fool.
