Mr. Priebus, you are MORALLY WRONG! Your column is completely unethical. If saving the welfare state for "future generations" is a value, then how can you object to Obamacare in principle? How can you object to any wealth redistribution program? You have just granted that forced wealth redistribution is okay - you just want to do it your way, and not other people's. I will support the Romney-Ryan ticket, but I have no intention of letting them slide by on an evil principle! And at the end of the day, you are still a human being, so neither should you! Stop selling out the very "future generations" you are pretending to help! Forcing people to become future parasites is not helping them!

Obamacare in other countries is supported by a VAT --how about giving more support to county health to help those without insurance. Is there anything wrong with a co-pay. The government does not make anything to sell --it simply collects taxes from roughly half of us to spend on the other half.
Some of the taxes go to these 'shovel ready projects' but food stamps and housing (Section 8) are an ongoing entity. A lifeline is not a lifetime!!!!!!

That’s right, for all their scare tactics, President Obama and Democrats have no plan whatsoever to preserve Medicare for future generations—or protect it for today’s seniors and those nearing retirement.

They did, however, cut Medicare by $700 billion to bankroll Obamacare .

Therefore, since Medicare is on track to go bankrupt in 2024, the de facto Obama Medicare plan is to rob it and watch it disappear, leaving future generations without any hope of...
