May he rot in hell. Second, we cannot repeal Obamacare in its entirety with a simple majority, only provisions which affect the budgeting. It's not clear how much the GOP can get away with repealing, but the guaranteed issue provision is almost certain to survive, which almost makes repeal a pointless exercise.
