Let's compare--we spend 100 billion dollars on defense to buy trucks, rifles, ammunition, airplanes and conduct research and development on new equipment. This expenditure impacts the steel industry, assembly lines, electronics for fire control systems, ammunition factories, storage facilities, creates high paying jobs, etc.. You get the picture. Welfare gets the same amount diffused out to the army of the unemployed to buy booze, cigarettes, groceries, clothes from Wal Mart, and other small items. No one will be hired as a new employee--our unemployment is at an all time high. What more proof do you need that Steny Hoyer is a bald face liar. Jail is the only answer for these Communist A-holes. They will not go away on their own.
