The NY Times owned Boston Globe - Democrat had Brown behind thriteen points the day before he easily beat Martha Coakley.
Aside from Olbermann's demeanor, YouTube's Hamster On A Piano has more viewers per week than Countdown.

On an intellectual level, Ryan versus Wasserman-Schultz is Godzilla versus Bambi. DWS must be the direct decendant of Sargent Schultz. She knows nothing.

Sex that is not for procreation is a recreational pleasure. Why should the government pay for recreational pleasure? Should the government pay for people's vacations? Vacations are recrational pleasure.

Even though I'm conservative I've always thought Limbaugh is a gasbag spinmeister. He only tells the part of the story that aids his perspective. He avoids any facts that provide debate for his viewpoint. If you don't fill your persepctive with more information than Limbaugh provides there's a good chance you're only getting half the story. However he's still the father of successful syndicated talk radio. It doesn't matter what the left wing media does. Why should the right wing media lower itself to that level?
Sarah Palin couldn't win the vote for dog catcher. She peaked with her GOP convention speech. It was all downhill from there.
Before anyone gets excited about Snowe leaving the Senate, the heavy favorite to win is Congresswoman Chellie Pingree. She's a Democrat with a favorable rating in Maine. She has billions of dollars. Her husband is S. Davis Sussman. If you look him up you will find connections to ACORN, George Soros and rthe liberal not for profits he and Soros fund. The Tea Party candidate is a nobody. He's been on the town council of a small town. No one else has stepped forward yet.

I think YouTube's Hamster on a Piano gets more weekly views than MS-NBC.

I'd rather spend an evening cornered by a life insurance salesman than watch an evening of MS-NBC.
Rush is perfectly capable of being a misleading spinmeister on his own. He's nothing but a cheerleader for conservatives. One day Limbaugh was hypothesizing on a subject he was not very informed. I sent a very detailed email describing all the pros and cons of the issue. He used everything that made his argument and none of the information (facts) that would have refuted his stance. There have been other situations where I've listened to Rush and thought he's really stretching the truth to make his point while ignoring a lot of facts that would refute his stance. It's not that Limbaugh lies. He always has on his Rush colored glasses when he speaks. He provides a very distorted version of the truth. But it sells well.
