Why a new agency? It's simple. A new agency requires money to run, and that money is obtained through new taxes . That's all this new jobs plan , new jobs Czars, new agencies , add up to;...just more ways for this President and the liberal Democrats to increase taxes. They can't help themselves . raising taxes is part of a liberals DNA!.
