Just sign on to a deal to raise the top rate back to Clinton rates and nothing else. Make Obama own the economy and then for the next 4 years continue to point out the rising deficits and ask Obama where all that money from the rich paying their fair share is that he promised would solve all our problems. You have to let Democrats fail miserably for at least a portion of the American people to wake up & do what is needed 4 years from now. NOTHING will happen between now & 2016 to help with Obama in the White House so just give him and the Dems the rope to hang themselves with already.

Negotiations over the fiscal cliff are not going well for Republicans.  Why? Because they are losing control of the narrative.  Today's Politico gave away the Obama administration's game:
