Dr. Williams is partially correct. Extremism at either end of the governance spectrum is bad news. For example, the absence of an effective central government can be equally devastating to the populace,e.g., Afghanistan, Somalia, Sudan and Yemen.

As usual, Dr. williams make some good points but he seems to have neglected one key element,i.e., Liberty requires responsibility and all our citizens can carry out the following which address some of the issues which Dr. Williams considers "governmental responsibilities:

1. Just say "No" to killing people
2. Place books in the home
3. Require kids to show up at school
4. Get registered and vote
5. Pick up trash in neighborhood
