Administration economic proposal.
"A modest proposal" theme should cover the economic proposal.
First- have a minimum wage of 20 dollars per hour. That would take all employed persons above the poverty line.
Second- the federal government could hire the 3 million unemployed in some government job for 3 years. This would fulfill the promise of new jobs.
Third - Make the states pick up payment for the unemployed after that time.
YThis would satisfy the administration's promises.
