Well, he's right about one thing. The Second Amendment does not give us the right to bear arms. The Second Amendment protects our natural right to bear arms. Our rights do not come from the Constitution. The Constitution merely protects them. Abolish the Second Amendment and our right to bear arms continues.
Close, but no banana. "Yeah, eventually we’ll need to pass a bill that will keep Obamacare alive a little while longer." No. We do not. Not if the Republicans have a backbone. The Democrats need to fund the rest of the government more than they need to fund Obamacare. As long as we don't give in, we never have to fund it again.

The death penalty doesn’t deter crime only because it is misused. As you point out, it takes on average, over 12 years for it to be used. If murderers were given an immediate appeal upon conviction, to verify the facts of the case and make sure the person wasn't railroaded, then executed right away (within 6 months of a guilty verdict) and if the death penalty were a normal penalty for first degree murder instead of an unusual one; the death penalty would deter crime.
Exactly.
It all depends on how far down the list I go. They would both be on it.
NEWS FLASH!!!!!! It never changed. The holiday is STILL Washington's Birthday. http://beta.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/snow-dismissal-procedures/federal-holidays/#url=2013
Obama and W are very similar. Both were/are big spenders who wanted to solve problems by expanding the federal government.
Add Teddy and Lincoln to the list. Teddy and Wilson had very similar policies of destroying the Constitution.
FDR shredded the Constitution and made the depression last 3 times longer than it would have if he had not instituted his policies.
Following the Constitution is the first step. Without that, a president cannot be great.
